  We rented from Morro Bay Realty Rentals while we were in transition moving to the area. Milton, who is in charge of the rentals, went out of his way to help us find the perfect place to stay. Other rental agencies in the area were rude and unhelpful. It was wonderful to find an agency that was professional and able to be customer oriented while keeping in mind the needs of the owners. I would highly recommend them.

  We were there July of 2013. Everyone who stayed in the house managed by Morro Bay Realty was very dissatisfied. I am writing the review today just because I just happened to stumble upon the contract. The house (545 Driftwood) was well located and spacious. However there were no soap in any of the soap bottles or seasonings and oil in the kitchen. All the towels smelled moldy. The mattress in the master bedroom was lumpy and squeaked, and the people who slept in that bed had flea bites. When we told Milton about it he just said that he would talk to the owner and the maids about the problem. No apologies, no retribution. We paid $155 for cleaning fee in addition to everything else.
